The Workout


Climbing is the foundation of every ROQ workout, paired with rowing and floor exercises to deliver efficient, full-body training in 60 minutes. Classes are expertly structured and designed by professional climber and Head Coach Matt Fultz.

"ROQ is the best workout I’ve had in a long time! I’ve been climbing for about 6 years, with a 2 year break up til now, and loved this training modality as I’m getting back into climbing. The facilities are immaculate, the sauna is a huge plus, and the staff are warm, welcoming, and supportive. Group fitness and climbing are a great combo, I definitely will be coming back!"

"I just finished my second session here. I absolutely love it and am surprised there aren’t more people in the classes. As an avid outdoor climber who doesn’t have the motivation to climb alone, doesn’t enjoy the consistent crowds at bouldering gyms, and can’t always find a partner for vertical world, this is perfect for me. I can increase my strength and get a high quality workout followed by recovery in the sauna (which is consistently 190-210 degrees!) and a cold shower. I’ve only taken the intro and strength classes, which is great for me as someone who already understands climbing technique, but needs motivation from a fitness class setting. If you aren’t a climber or are a beginner, there are easy climbs here to get you started, but after the free intro class, I would recommend trying the technique or foundations classes (which I haven’t yet tried)."

Our SPACE

ROQ is a thoughtfully designed training space built to help you feel comfortable from your first visit. We use climbing, rowing, and strength work to create a wide range of movement in every session, while keeping the environment simple and easy to follow. Everything is laid out with intention, allowing you to focus on moving, building strength, and feeling capable without prior experience or needing to figure anything out.


All Levels Welcome

You do not need climbing experience to train here. Wall angles, movements, and intensity are scaled to you, whether this is your first time climbing or you are training for your next project.
