The Workout
Climbing is the foundation of every ROQ workout, paired with rowing and floor exercises to deliver efficient, full-body training in 60 minutes. Classes are expertly structured and designed by professional climber and Head Coach Matt Fultz.

Our SPACE
ROQ is a thoughtfully designed training space built to help you feel comfortable from your first visit. We use climbing, rowing, and strength work to create a wide range of movement in every session, while keeping the environment simple and easy to follow. Everything is laid out with intention, allowing you to focus on moving, building strength, and feeling capable without prior experience or needing to figure anything out.
All Levels Welcome
You do not need climbing experience to train here. Wall angles, movements, and intensity are scaled to you, whether this is your first time climbing or you are training for your next project.
