ROQ is not a replacement for your climbing gym. Most members train here 1–2 times per week alongside their regular climbing. No planning, journaling or tools are required, just show up. Think of it as your structured training days — so your projecting days feel stronger.

"ROQ is the best workout I’ve had in a long time! I’ve been climbing for about 6 years, with a 2 year break up til now, and loved this training modality as I’m getting back into climbing. "I just finished my second session here. I absolutely love it and am surprised there aren’t more people in the classes. As an avid outdoor climber who doesn’t have the motivation to climb alone, doesn’t enjoy the consistent crowds at bouldering gyms, and can’t always find a partner for vertical world, this is perfect for me. I can increase my strength and get a high quality workout followed by recovery in the sauna (which is consistently 190-210 degrees!) and a cold shower. I’ve only taken the intro and strength classes, which is great for me as someone who already understands climbing technique, but needs motivation from a fitness class setting. If you aren’t a climber or are a beginner, there are easy climbs here to get you started, but after the free intro class, I would recommend trying the technique or foundations classes (which I haven’t yet tried)."
